Legendary wild west card game meets neon cold war in a new take on the old classic: In FARO198X I reimagined the rules of Faro to create a unique singleplayer experience where you manage different resources to try and achieve the highest score possible. 

Click and drag or quick-deploy your agents to points of interest to try and capture the HVT without getting burned, or conduct surveillance operations to guarantee points. Make sure to prepare for the final round and capture the warhead in order to prevent a global crisis.

The demo currently features one game mode (highest score), 3 unique powerups, high score tracking, as well as original art and soundtrack. Feedback and critique is welcomed!

This game was programmed in Godot, soundtrack was composed in Ableton, art and visual assets were designed in Aseprite and Canva. Font is Squarefont by Bou
